“ Great new jap restaurant within the newer market square building. Love the ambience & vibes. Also really like their ordering system where each person gets a mini ipad— so so nice not needing to share one large ipad & its portable (some places have ipad fixed to one end of the table). Staff is really friendly and also offered multiple times to topup our water without us having to ask. They have good lunch specials with fresh sashimi. Their food is on the pricier side but i suppose thats the proce to pay for better quality especially when it comes to seafood. Reservations recommended as the place was very quickly full when we were there during lunchtime. ”
“ Came because we saw that they had otoro online. Unfortunately it was sold out but the other food was very good too. Sashimi is fresh. I recommend the ox tongue skewers, oysters, chiraishi bowl and the miso black cod was our favourite. Salmon was sliced nice and thick. The service was great and very friendly ”

“ It’s a Japanese restaurant cooked by Japanese chefs. The food is fresh, clean, and well worth the price for both portion and quality. Wasabi and pickled ginger can be requested from the staff. The place is clean, service is good, and the food doesn’t take long to arrive. I’ve already been here twice and will definitely keep coming back. ”
“ First time dining here and to my surprise it was a brilliant experience. Food was so fresh and big portion. We ordered three different sushi dishes and a sashimi. Salmon rolls. 4/5 Wagyu rolls 5/5 Spider rolls 5/5 Mixed Sashimi for 2 5/5 Food was very fresh and generous in portion. The restaurant was packed of people but the service was superb! Staff members kept checking on us and ensuring that we were happy with the food. We didn’t have to wait long for our foods to arrive either. Service: 10/10 Food: 9/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Will definitely come back and will book a table this time! ”
“ Great Japanese spot with generous portions and fresh ingredients. Highlights for me were the 9-pcs Mixed Sashimi (fresh and well-presented). The Agedashi Tofu, which came in large blocks and was beautifully crispy on the outside. Also loved the Crumbed Shitake Mushrooms and Hot soba (or can choose udon) soup with tempura — both tasty, and not too salty. The Aburi salmon rolls were served cold, but the sauce with it really brought the flavours together - creamy, rich, and satisfying. The Karaage chicken curry rice, it was alright, but not our favourite. Service was friendly, we were asked if we want warm water or cold water and we could also asked for more ginger. Relaxed atmosphere. Prices are a bit premium, but well worth it for the quality. Would definitely return to try more dishes. ”

I would easily come back again just for the tuna; it’s that good. If there’s one downside, it’s the setting. Being located in a food court does take away from the dining atmosphere. It’s not the most relaxing or refined environment, you’ve got the usual food court noise and flow of people, which makes it less ideal for those wanting a calm dining experience. But honestly, the quality of the sashimi makes it worth overlooking that. A must-try spot. ”
